The Buyer agrees to have this puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours from purchase. If your vet should find anything wrong with this puppy I will allow 7 days __________, for you to return the puppy to me for a full refund. If you do not do this within 72 hours, then the guarantee stated below will be in effect.
This guarantee shall cover all genetic disorders that are responsible by the breeder. This shall include heart, kidneys, liver, intestines, etc. and shall exclude hernia repair, spaying or neutering, orthodontics & dental care or getting hit by cars!

1. If the genetic problem does not require surgery, a $__100.00___ refund will
be given.
2. If the genetic problem does require surgery, a $__200.00 refund will be
given.
3. If a genetic disorder causes death within the first year, a full refund of $______
will be given or the buyer may choose another pup from another litter, when
available.
A report from a D.V.M. will be required before replacement or refund. Howdee Kennels will not be responsible for any vet bills, now or in the future.
HowDee Kennel will health guarantee the above puppy for 2 years from date of birth IF the above puppy is fed Life's Abundance Puppy And Adult Food and is Supplemented with the Life's Abundance Supplements.
